The client agrees and understands that if there is any possibility of a refund as per Wayoasis Immigrations' refund policies, the refund will be processed within 60 working days after the client submits the Wayoasis Immigrations Refund Claim Form. The client must enclose a copy of the receipt for the payment made to Wayoasis Immigrations and any other supporting documents with the refund request form. Failure to enclose these documents will make the client ineligible for the refund.

Refund in Case of Withdrawal or IELTS/TEF Failure

The client understands and accepts that no refund will be given if they withdraw or abandon their application or decide to drop out for any reason during the proceedings after signing up with Wayoasis Immigrations.

The client acknowledges that taking the IELTS/TEF exam is mandatory to assess English/French language skills and meet the required band scores. If the client is unable to secure the required IELTS or TEF scores or provide the certification, no refund of consultation fees paid to Wayoasis Immigrations will be granted.

Penalty & Refund in Case of Non-Submission of Documents

To ensure successful processing, Wayoasis Immigrations strictly advises clients to promptly submit the required documents. The client is liable to pay a penalty of 20% of Wayoasis Immigrations' fees if they do not provide the required documents within 60 working days from the date of the agreement. If the delay extends beyond 120 days, the case will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and Wayoasis Immigrations will not process the application further. The client will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.

If the client wishes to pause the process for more than four months, they must send an email to their case officer and pay an additional fee of INR 15,000.

No Guarantee of Visa Approval

The client understands and accepts that the approval of their application is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Authority/Consulate/High Commission. Wayoasis Immigrations only provides consulting services and has no association with immigration authorities. No guarantee is given for visa approval.

Refund in Case of Rejection by Immigration Authorities

If a client’s application is rejected by the Immigration Authority/Consulate/High Commission, Wayoasis Immigrations will refund the applicable amount as per the refund policy. The refund will be made within 60 working days after the client submits the Wayoasis Immigrations Refund Claim Form along with the rejection letter or rejection stamp on their passport. Failure to provide these documents will make the client ineligible for the refund.

No Refund in the Following Situations:

1. Failure of medical examination by the client or their family members.

2. Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than three months).

3. Failure to prove sufficient settlement funds.

4. Submission of fraudulent documents or false information.

5. Prior violation of immigration or visa laws.

6. Late submission of additional documents requested by the immigration authority.

Non-Refundable Fees for Specific Cases:

1. 100% non-refundable if the client receives an Invitation but fails to submit the application within 60 days.

2. 100% non-refundable if a visa interview is required and the client fails to attend.

3. 100% non-refundable if the client withdraws their case for personal reasons.

4. 100% non-refundable for a partial payment made for full services.

5. 100% non-refundable if a Credential Evaluation/Skills Assessment is positive, but the client fails to provide further required documents.

6. 100% non-refundable in case of changes in government policies or delays from immigration authorities.

Other Refund Conditions:

If a refund is applicable as per the refund policy, it will be processed within 60 working days after submission of the Wayoasis Immigrations Refund Claim Form, along with the payment receipt and other required documents. Failure to submit these documents will render the client ineligible for the refund.

By proceeding with Wayoasis Immigrations' services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
